conversation without judgment-let them be who
they are, have the thoughts they have and feel

favor of their biases. Begin your communication
within their thinking frame work and help them
expand that framework as they are ready and
willing. Be Consistent In your communication,
that allows the people to dream brainstorm, test
ideas, plan, strategize, commit, receive
encouragement and accountability. Bring that
consistency to every conversation and those
around you will expect it and feel honored and
