Geri-Ann Ranson has comprehensive knowledge of
the methodologies and principles of change
management. She has an in-depth knowledge of
project management tools, approaches and phases
of the programme lifecycle and work-life balance
techniques. She has the ability to work
effectively at all levels in an organization, in
addition to individual one on one consulting.
She is the founder and resident Change Management
Specialist at PLANit S.M.A.R.T. Change Management
Solutions. As a Change Management Specialist, she
is responsible for the overall performance of the
change management system. She performs her
responsibilities of assessing the change
management impact to the organization with
complete dedication. She monitors and evaluates
organization's performance after implementing
change initiatives. PLANit S.M.A.R.T. Change
Management Solutions aims at accelerating culture
change while minimizing the impact on day to day
operations. It resolves any resistance to change
and allows clients to focus on forward strategic
goals rather than holding on to behaviors that
produce negative results.

During her time at ORC Worldwide, Inc. Geri-Ann
Ranson led the initiative of creating industry
specific pre-post production action plans as
training and management tools for client service
and data analyst teams. She was responsible for
generating strategies that lead to the successful
implementation of change initiatives in survey
operations policies and data management work
re-designs. She collaborated with sponsors and
design teams to integrate new capabilities in
alignment with vision established by the
organization. She responsibly handled the tasks
of overseeing the development and operation of
change management methodologies and procedures to
guide the adoption process.

Professional WLCP, World At Work Society of
Certified Professionals, certified 2013
Certified Associate of Project Management CAPM,
USC Marshall School of Business/International

Kerzner Approach to Project Management, Project
Management Institute, certified 2011. She has
completed all preliminary class hours and course
requirements from 2012-2013 and confirmed to sit
for her Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certification in Fall 2014. This certification
is presented by Project Management Institute, the
highest recognized industry standard for project
and programme managers. She is currently
finalizing dual certifications-Foundation and
Practitioner of Managing Successful Programmes
Best Management Practices. Ms. Ranson is on track
and scheduled for exams in Spring 2014.
