3SCOPE AND APPROACH
- Identify the Army Logistics Support to Other
Services (ALSOS) CS/CSS materiel and service
responsibilities in support of the two MTWs (SWA
and NEA) - Establish a process and format for the collection
of the logistics (CS/CSS) materiel and service
requirements for all ALSOS responsibilities - Meet with CINCs/Components to work/coordinate the
on-going ALSOS validation process and further
ALSOSs importance in supporting CINCs OPLANs - Collect logistics materiel / service requirements
and supporting documents to Quantify ALSOS
requirements - Validate requirements against current OPLANs, DOD
assigned responsibilities, inner-Service
agreements, and historical data - Incorporate data into approved format for CAA
- Provide observations, as appropriate, to the
ALSOS requirements process
