  • Report layout
  • Header Section The header section (seen below)
    will give a description of the program code
    (major and/or minor code), catalog year and the
    degree, major, minor spell out. No modification
    are allowed on this section.

  • Status Section The status section ( seen below)
    will give you a quick indication, if all the
    requirements are meet or not. No modifications
    are allowed on this section.
  • Approval Section The approval section (seen
    below) is in the audit for advisors to certify
    the degree audit as an official document. No
    modifications are allowed on this section.

  • Advising Section The section ( seen below) will
    show any comments to the student added with the
    CM (Add advising comment to student audit report)
    exceptions. No modifications are allowed on this
    section.
  • Requirement / Sub-requirement Section The
    section (seen next) will identify the enforcement
    of the requirement purpose and the implementation
    of the rules. Also will show, if the requirement
    was fully or partially satisfied.
    Modifications using exceptions to the count,
    hours and/or (gpa) points are allow on this
    section. Note All requirements will have at
    least one sub-requirement define and if the
    sub-requirement does not have rules or it is
    omitted not to been shown, the audit report will
    not show it.

  • Footer Section The section (seen below) will
    show a LEGEND icon for you to open a new
    browser window and see the legend. Also a text
    END OF ANALYSIS line will show were the audit
    report ends. No modifications are allowed on
    this section.

  • RQ Code (Adjust count, GPA and hours to a
    requirement within a degree program) The
    exception (seen below) will modify only the
    specified requirement by adjusting the count, GPA
    points and hours of the define default values.

  • RI Code (Adjust count, GPA, hours and insert
    courses to a sub-requirement within a degree
    program) The exception (seen below) will modify
    only the specified sub-requirement by adjusting
    the count, GPA points, hours of the define
    default values and will insert new courses to the
    select course list of the sub-requirement.

  • RD Code (Adjust count, GPA, hours and remove
    courses from a sub-requirement within a degree
    program) The exception (seen below) will modify
    only the specified sub-requirement by adjusting
    the count, GPA points, hours of the define
    default values and will remove courses from the
    select course list of the sub-requirement.

  • Entry Screen The exception screens (seen next)
    will identify all the entry fields for the
    exception. The exception let you adjust the
    requirement or sub-requirement define defaults
  • Count You will add/subtract a number. The
    number represent the total count of courses the
    you what to add or subtract.
  • GPA points You will assign a new minimum GPA.
  • Hours You will add/subtract hours. The hours
    represent the total of course count /hours the
    you what to add or subtract.

  • Entry Fields The requirement and
    sub-requirement modification entry fields
    describe next will tell you what type of data is
    need it for the exception to work. The R symbol
    will show those entry fields the are require for
    the exception to work.
  • Sequence No - Identify the student exception
    number, auto generated.
  • Degree Program - Identify the student degree
    program.
  • Pseudo Name - Identify the pseudo name of the
    requirement within the degree program.
  • Requirement Name - Identify the requirement name
    within the degree program.

  • Entry Fields (continue)
  • Required
  • Req or Sub-req Count - Adjust the course count.
  • Hours - Adjust the course hours.
  • GPA - Adjust the minimum GPA points.
  • Comment - Reason why the requirement or
    sub-requirement was modified.
  • Authorized - Identify the authorization user and
    date for the modification.
  • Last Modify - Identify the last modification
    user and date for the record.

  • Entry Select Fields The entry select fields
    will give you a way to locate and select
    production data from some of the entry fields.
    When production data is found the select entry
    fields will appear on the exception screen and
    you would be able to select data for those entry
    fields, the action will minimize on entry errors.
  • Degree Program - To find production data enter
    the degree program first three digits follow by
    the ? question mark. Submit the entry screen for
    the entry select fields to show in the exception
    screen (seen below).

  • Pseudo Name - To locate production data enter
    ALL PSEUDO?. Submit the entry screen for the
    entry select fields to show in the exception
    screen (seen below).

  • Course - To locate the select data enter course
    prefix and the ? question mark. Submit the entry
    screen for the entry select fields to show in the
    exception screen.
  • For RI Codes the select course fields will be
    from the Inventory and Transcript files and for
    the RD Code the data will be from the DARS
    requirement course files (seen next).
