Agencies have specific tasks and responsibilities
to prepare their agencies for Core-CT.
- People readiness
- Process readiness
- Data and cutover readiness
- Infrastructure readiness
- Implement network and desk top upgrades / changes
- Support Readiness
3Agency Readiness Program
Agencies will need dedicated personnel to assist
them to prepare for new processes and new tools
ARCs are the go-between Core-CT and the agencies.

4Agency Readiness Program
Sponsors work closely with their ARCs and need to
delegate and monitor agency readiness tasks.
- Address requests for information from Core-CT
Team - Monitor / complete monthly action items See
sample action plan - Updated list of action items keep their agency on
track - Delegate and follow-up to ensure that they are
completed - Update their action item list as items are
completed - Track questions and/or issues
- Assess agency progress towards readiness see
sample progress report card - Complete progress report card (ARC to assist)
- Attend their designated readiness meeting
typically 4th Wednesday each month

Readiness progress is measured and reported
monthly until 2 months prior to go-live then,
assessments are truly Readiness Assessments.

At each monthly checkpoint, agency readiness will
be measured against a pre-defined set of factors,
using the following approach

- Several meetings in the upcoming weeks will
involve active participation of the Sponsors,
ARCs and other agency personnel.

- Communications Workshops - Financials on April 3,
4 and 8 HRMS to be scheduled for week of May 13 - Meet with sponsors - ASAP after kickoff Audience
