    commuters at taxi rank, hawkers and communities
    in the neighboring township and town

    impact and ensure uniformity across government

    campaign on national roads
  • Continuous education, training of officials to
    inculcate culture intolerant to corruption
  • active participation of politicians and senior
    officials (lead/live by example)

    e.g. passwords
  • That investigators should have the necessary
    mandate to investigate and to communicate the
    mandate to the employees
