• Roy Childers heading up Payroll Task Force
• Approx 2,850 issues reported, 400 500 resolved
• Improved communication to schools
• Dozens of sources for errors (Contract Pay,
  Benefits / Deductions, multiple others)
• Target Majority of 2,850 items cleared up by
  March 31, 2007
• SACC workers retro-pay to July targeted for 12/15
  payroll
• Approx 4 of checks produced still have some
  error
• W2, 1099 processing
• W2s will be as accurate as PeopleSoft Pay
• Tax updates tested,will be moved to production
  this weekend
• Test of W2 printing and import of legacy YTD
  numbers nearly complete
• Need to correct as many Payroll problems as
  possible to make W2s accurate
• Impact Employee tax return processing

  checking now working
• Impact Aging of vendor payables
• Benefits Administration
• Open enrollment data being posted to PeopleSoft
• Still need to correct data sent to service
  providers
• Improve processing of HR, Payroll, Benefits
• Impact Inaccurate reporting of some employee
  benefits, vendor payments and posting

• 3 Technical, 5 Functional positions (targeted to
  be in place 11/9)
• Only 2 in place (6 still open) 2 offers pending
• Focusing on pursuing resources
• Lost over 1000 hours in resources to clear up
  backlog
• Impact Inhibits issue resolution, knowledge
  transfer, user support
