6After Clicking OK to the On-Screen Export
Summary, Internet Explorer Opens Automatically
and Connects the User to the DOEHRS DR Export
Login Screen
7After Login, the User is Instructed to Locate the
Specified Export File
8Click Browse, Highlight the Filename and Click
Open
NOTE The DR will Only Accept a Filename with a
.zip File Extension
9Selected File Appears in the Export File
Field, Click Upload File
10File Was Received Successfully Message Appears
- IF this APPEARS the Data Upload was Successful
IF this DOES NOT APPEAR the Data Upload was NOT
Successful
11If You Saw the File Was Received Successfully
Message Answer Yes Otherwise Answer No
By Saying Yes, All Records Included in the
Export File are Marked so that They will Not be
Included in Another Export Request. This
Function Dramatically Decreases the Export Time
for Large Test Sites.
12If You Answer the Upload was Successful, the
Export Process Updates the Database and Returns
You to the Main DOEHRS-HC Window
