their relationships - Many offices they established are still around-
sheriff, coroner, assessor, grand jury

- Government shouldnt be all powerful
- Each individual should have rights the government
cant take away - Idea was planted by the
- Magna Carta of 1215

- Its the idea that govt should serve the will of
the people - People should have a voice in the government
