Cognitive Learning Fields - The childs
condition and level in learning fields (such as
grammar, reading, writing, mathematics,
organizing material and vocabulary) and cognitive
areas (such as memory, concentration,
curiosity,study of concepts and the ability to
analyze) Social Field - The childs relationship
with other members of the family and peers, his
social status in school (does he have older or
younger friends), participation in any activities
after schools time. Emotional Field - The childs
self image, self esteem (low or high), aggressive
acts (physical or verbal), shyness, fears or
sensitivities, the ability to contact and
communicate.

Guidance
COORDINATORS ( students. All past tutors) 3 days
seminar before year starts. Weekly group meetings
with educational counselor group
leaders. Monthly meetings with educational
counselor individually or in groups of 3-4
coordinators.
TUTORS (minimum required) Beginning of the year -
a school day. Once a month - individually with
coordinator. 5 times a year - group meeting with
coordinator. Twice a year - meeting with
teachers. Counseling from educational counselor-
optional. Written material.
