The more words, the more work.2. Please allow
enough lead time. She's fast, but she only works
12 hours a week.3. Please send your documents
as email attachments if at all possible,
including 'Translation request' in the title.
It's much simpler to match the format if you only
have to cut and paste.4. Consider the
importance. Will the document be used again, or
is it going to several families? Then it's a
good candidate for translation. If not, consider
asking Allison to make a phone call home to
explain the English.5. If the document is
lengthy, but very important, we will need to work
through the business office to determine where
funds will come from to pay for that extra work.
