encouraged to initiate innovative suggestions,
which could improve the existing way of working.

11- They Receive Ideas from GSK Employees,
Contractors Etc., - Send the Ideas to HODs for comments and
evaluation. - Give feed back on the idea to the idea generator.
- Prepares MIS for HRA Manager

Accepted ones and Rejeceted ones. Accepted ones
are handed over to SBIdeas

22Sub-Committee scrutinizes all the accepted ideas
and submits the selected ideas to Site Committee
23What Site Committee does??
24Site Committee looks all the ideas, studies them
and rewards them.
