• When Analyzing strategies within RCM, you can

• PDS output goes to a PDS-member
• Managed Output output goes to a DB2-table
• In general Managed output makes sure you have
  output from EVERY analysis.

  output PDS-members will be generated as the FIRST

• First Do you agree with this ?
• Extracting referentially-intact data is a
  challenging and cumbersome process
• First you need to obtain a data sample from a
  parent table, then use this parent data for
  foreign key column values to extract data from
  child tables
• This is further complicated by complex
  parent/child relationships that cascade down many
  child tables and refer back up to parent tables
  at higher levels
• This leads to enormous amounts of time dedicated
  to data extraction tasks, and increased error
  rates!
