31
Login
32
Upload and process the EMIS to SSID cross
reference file on the Crosswalk Reference File
tab under the Student data heading.
33
Upload and process each individual vendor test
file on the Vendor Test Files tab. Be sure to
select the correct relevant pull down lists for
the corresponding vendor test files being
processed.
34
Click on the icon under the teacher name
heading to reveal the teacher names that appear
within each individual vendor test file.
35
The corresponding state teacher name will need to
be matched for every teacher name that exists
within each individual vendor test file. This
teacher list will need to be collectively
compiled in one comma separated file with the
following format teacher id, teacher name.
36
When this teacher crosswalk file has been
collectively compiled for every vendor test file
that contains teacher names you will upload and
process this file in the Teacher Data heading
on the Crosswalk Reference File tab.
37
After the complete teacher crosswalk file has
been uploaded you will need to reprocess each
vendor test file that you have already processed
on the Vendor Test Files tab by checking the box
next to the file and clicking on the process
button which will match each teacher name to the
processed teacher data file.
38
Any errors that occur after this process will
have to be resolved before the files are
finalized for submission to the D3A2 team for
loading into the data warehouse. Click on the
flag icon next to each vendor test file submitted
to view any errors. A red flag indicates errors
where a blue flag indicates that the file is
without error and is ready for submission for
loading into the D3A2 data warehouse.
39
Click on the blue flag when every error has been
corrected within the vendor test files or the
corresponding crosswalk reference files to save
the processed vendor test results. These files
will be submitted to the D3A2 team for loading
into the data warehouse.
