  • Talk with others about this need
  • Find your Champion
  • Get appropriate buy-in
  • Have a Task Force appointed
  • Do a needs assessment to determine the specific
    areas the program will cover
  • Task Force to answer the Big 8
  • Based on needs assessment, and Big 8 answers,
    determine content
  • Create tentative schedule
  • Identify presenters
  • Hold program and RECOGNIZE GRADUATES!
  • Evaluate the program, modify, schedule next
    session
  • Begin to incorporate graduates!!
