• Leonard started his career with Tektronix back
  in 1995 as a Mechanical Design Engineer for the
  Color Desktop printer development team. In 2000
  he joined Xerox when Tektronixs printing
  division was acquired by Xerox.
• He had held a variety of engineering positions
  (Design, Technical lead) over his career. From
  2003, he began to manage programs for the A4
  Color Desktop group at XOG. His responsibilities
  include aiding in the negotiation of contracts
  and coordinating preparations of proposals,
  plans, and specifications.  Ensures adherence to
  master plans and schedules, develops solutions to
  program problems, and directs work of team
  members assigned to program from various
  functional departments. Ensures projects are
  completed on time and within budget. Acts as
  advisor to functional program teams regarding
  projects, tasks, and operations.  So far, the
  programs he had managed is estimated to bring in
  approximately 750M in revenue for Xerox.
• Leonard obtained his Masters in Mechanical
  Engineering from University of Washington.
  Every year he participates in College Recruiting
  for the Talent Acquisition Team at University of
  Washington. Some of his interests include
  tennis, bowling, martial arts traveling and
  learning foreign languages (Spanish, Chinese
  Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese).
