    because, unlike conventional therapies, it
    assists us in changing our lifestyle in order to
    achieve a balance of the mind, body, and spirit.
    Ayurveda was officially recognised by the WHO
    (World Health Organization) in 1976 and has
    gained widespread acceptance since then. It
    combines our modern way of life and
    health-conscious habits with the ancient practice
    of using only natural substances, medicines, and
    herbs to live a disease-free life.

    describe diseases that develop as a result of our
    unhealthy and stressful lifestyles. Diabetes,
    obesity, hypertension, insomnia, liver cirrhosis,
    PCOD, and other conditions fall into this

    people rarely think about their lifestyle until

Early To Rise
  • Waking up early benefits our bodies in a variety
    of ways. The fresh air in the morning is usually
    unpolluted and high in oxygen. Breathing in fresh
    air first thing in the morning helps to energise
    the mind and lungs. Getting up early also allows
    for plenty of time to plan out your day's
    activities. Morning jogging can also help to
    increase lung capacity.

    promotes the consumption of whole foods such as
    fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes. Because
    these foods are high in essential nutrients, they
    can greatly benefit your health. Also, as much as

    daily basis. Eat homemade meals instead of
    refined and processed foods. Eating a light

2. Bowel Movements

6. Eight Hours of Sleep

    properly. Getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per

    including indigestion, migraines, fatigue, and
    memory loss. We adults preach to our children
    about the importance of getting enough sleep, but
    we rarely practise it ourselves. Taking a warm
    bath and drinking a glass of milk before bedtime
    promotes restful sleep.
