- 85 have either personally experienced, or seen
others bullied at work. - 56 have, or know a colleague who has taken sick
leave as a result of bullying.

- 60 Intimidation - causing fear
- 48 Humiliation - causing shame in front of
others - 42 Ridicule - making fun of someone
- 39 Insults - slandering character, or efforts
- 32 Offensive language - swearing aloud at others
- 24 Degrading - could include sexual remarks
- 12 said none occurred in their current workplace
10Other Forms of Bullying
- stand over tactics
- looking down at you
- gossiping
- being left out of events or excluded from
luncheons - speaking condescendingly to others
- subtle but extremely manipulative behaviour
- slamming of fists on desks
- slamming doors and other physical displays of
anger - forcing staff to work long hours for no reason
