• Courseware development TRA provided TRAs
  courseware for trial purpose, PTIT used it as
  materials for developing coursewares in
  Vietnamese. 10 coursewares have been developed by
  PTIT E-Learning team.
• Cooperate with WASEDA university to develop the
  multimedia course called Mobile IP fundamental.

• Pilot test the developed courseware via Internet
  and collect feedbacks from learners TCP-IP
  course, 500 learners.
• RFI delivering and processing it received 10
  RFIs responses of the e-learning providers.
