• Committee commented that EIA may not need to
  evaluate every frame every 3 to 5 years
• Frames team will evaluate Census comparisons
• EIA will present a proposal at the Spring 06
  meeting

• Forecasts links now on the same second-level page
  as the historical data
• Link name Energy Overview has been changed to
  Historical Data Overview
• ASA Committee liked the new design and thought we
  were on the right track
