• To provide the highest quality of customer
  service to our students, faculty, staff, and the
  citizens of the State of Washington.
• Deliver exemplary customer service by providing
  training and workshops to increase staff
  knowledge, skills and abilities

• Utilize customer feedback, information access,
  communication and research

• To provide the services and support to recruit,
  retain and develop a diversified, productive and
  motivated workforce at CWU, in support of the
  academic mission of the University.
• Continually improve the recruiting and hiring
  process
• Provide an environment for empowered employees to
  flourish by developing a culture that supports
  inventiveness and innovation
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive
  performance management system

  assignments and internal promotions.

• To provide an outstanding and safe teaching,
  learning, living and working University
  environment.
• Maintain a safe living, learning and working
  environment by partnering with the university
  community to protect life and property, prevent
  crime and resolve problems

  preparedness
• Develop and improve the capital assets
  structures, grounds and infrastructure

  university in achieving its strategic plan

  stakeholders to develop stable and adequate
