• Advance Call Center Technologies chose Douglas as
  their fifth call center location.
• 700 employees at full built out becoming the
  areas largest employer.
• Renovation of 40,000 square foot formally the
  Old Bayless building.
• City was awarded 275,000 Economic Strength
  Project Grant for road improvements around the
  site.

City of Douglas has identified tourism,
specifically overnight visitors (RV traveler), as
a revenue generating opportunity, an increase in
both bed and sales tax.
