To reduce morbidity, mortality, and disability
from cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases
through education, prevention, rehabilitation,
research, and aggressive disease management

AACVPR Strategic Plan
  • Each strategic initiative must be related to our
    mission
  • Strategic initiatives are developed annually at
    the Strategic Planning Meeting every December
  • Each initiative may have several objectives
  • The plan is made operational by the Annual Plan
    of Work
  • Develop strategies around each objective
  • Strategic Plan Plan of Work provide a blueprint
    for the annual agenda that will guide leadership,
    Board of Directors, annual budget development,
    and administration
