2Activists collect no-longer-needed anti-Profile
t-shirts, buttons, and signs as reminders of our
battle and victory!
3Anti-Profile t-shirts, trademark clothing for
capitol activists, now send a new message. One of
determination, victory, and an intent to press
forward.
4Longtime Fairmont activist, Roger Miedtke
(right), and Rochester activist, Lynn Zaffke,
(left) stock up on anti-profile supplies. Zaffke,
Republican candidate for Senate in 2002, ousted
pro-Profile Republican incumbent, Sheila Kiscaden
from the party. Kiscaden is now the sole
Independence Party official holding office in
Minnesota.
5As a former public school teacher, Jeanne
(center) has fought the Profile from its
inception. While there is work ahead, all take
time to celebrate a victory.
6Coalition Vice President Julie Quist, and Board
Member Karen Effrem are excited about the
Profiles elimination and what the future holds.
7Renee exchanges Profile stories with long-time
western Minnesota activists.
8From the lakes of Minnesota - To the hills of
Tennessee
9Across the plains of Texas - From sea to
shining sea
10From Detroit down to Houston and New York to
L.A
11There's pride in every American heart
12And its time we stand and say
13I'm proud to be an American where at least I
know I'm free
14And I won't forget the men who died who gave
that right to me
15And I gladly stand up next to you
16And defend her still today
17'Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land
God Bless the U.S.A.
