• Active participation on the IHOCBC.
• Workshop Phase I Obtain and circulate nautical
  information needed to maintain updated nautical
  charts and publications.
• Third session of the Capacity Building Committee
  in Cartagena June 2005
• Technical Visit of the BHI to Central América
  between February and March 2005. Countries
  visited Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El
  Salvador and Panama.

• Technical Visit to 15 Caribbean Islands states
  Antigua, Montserrat, Anguila Islas Vírgenes
  Bahamas, Turks Caicos, Jamaica e Islas Caimán,

  Grenada, Barbados, Trinidad y Tobago y Suriname.
• Seminar for the National Hydrographic Services.
• Participation on the COTED meeting Guyana
  insisting on the importance of hydrography to the
  Minister of Transportation of CARICOM
  countries.

Veracruz.
