Symptoms

• Inflammation of the tendons
• Occurs in the elbow, Achilles tendon, groin,
  knee, and shoulder areas
• Pain, tenderness, and stiffness near affected
  joint.

• Repetitive motions
• Common in tennis players and runners
• Improper technique
• Old age
• Rheumatoid Arthritis

• Stop motions when pain occurs
• Ice
• Pain relievers
• Prescription Steroids
• Surgery
