• The implementation of PRSP which will be
  finalized in this year 2006
• The MAP takes the link of PRSP
• Conceptualized and coordinated by presidential
  republic, technical ministries contribute to this
  elaboration

• The interior ministry and the Administrative
  reform by the biais of CNS has introduced the DRR
  for been taken care as priority in the program of
  developed countries

The goal
The MAP goal is to do a skip qualitative in the
process of developement thanks to an inovating
plan for 5 years which will mobilize the malagasy
peapole international parteners as well, will
start the quick growth, will lead to the
reduction of poverty, and will ensure the
developed countries to the response of global
challenge and as the same vision as Madagascars-
Naturally !

THE SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES
1 .Integrate the risk of the reduction of
catastrophies in politics and planification of
drastic development 2. Set up and reinforce
institutions, mecanisms and the means in order to
increase the resilience face to catastrophies
 3. Incorporate systematical manner of
approaches of the risk of reduction in the
implementation of urgences preparations to
responses and covering programs.
