• Joseph Hundeby is is a Ph.D. candidate and a
  Graduate Research Assistant at the University of
  North Dakota in Grand Forks.
• He is licensed in the field of general education
  and is working towards his license in special
  education. .
• He received his Bachelor's of Education from Iowa
  
• Wesleyan College and then went to the University
  of Minnesota
• to obtain his Master's of Education.

Academic Achievements
His philosophy towards teaching is aimed at
preparing his pupils for a local and global
future. His areas of expertise include but not
limited to education consulting, curriculum
consulting, and professional and technical
writing. He is trained and experienced in
behavior and learning intervention strategies
and also with educational technology. Joe
hundeby has earned several academic achievements
in his career. He orchestrated the school
improvement gains necessary to remove Todd
County Schools from NCLB sanctions for low
attendance.

He implemented, maintained and created 16
academic course offerings in the software
program Plato for the Alternative Learning
Center (ALC). He established and enforced rules
for behavior and procedures for maintaining
order among students while utilizing behavior
intervention strategies. He taught socially
acceptable behavior, employing techniques such
as behavior modification and positive
enforcement. He developed and implemented
strategies to meet the needs of students with a
variety of handicapping conditions
