of the popular vote?

3. How are Electors chosen?

• A. Each state must decide how they will choose
  their electors.
• B. Most states have a winner take all system.

4. How do Electors elect the President?

• A. Electors meet within their state to vote for
  the President on a set day
• B. They send their sealed vote totals to the
  President of the Senate

• C. Before Congress, votes are unsealed, and
  totaled.
• D. A majority of Electoral votes elects the
  President.
