Childhood

• Indira Gandhi was born on November 19 1917 in
  Allahabad.  Her parents were truly in love with
  her. Indira Gandhi was the only child of Kamla
  and Jawaharlal Nehru. She was mostly in Allahabad
  when she was a child, and also in Switzerland,
  where her mother Kamla convalesced from her
  periodic illnesses. She had no brothers or
  sisters because her parents only wanted her to be
  the only child. Her father Jawaharlal was a
  lawyer and also an Indian Nationalist Movement.
  Kamla was a religious women. Indira Gandhi had a
  good childhood. And from there she went on to
  study at college.

What makes her a leader?

• Because Indira Gandhi was a Politian, people did
  think of her to be a leader. As a child her
  parents influence her by starting her in the
  politician world early. Later she became the
  prime minister of her country. She committed her
  life to give her country the best of her ability
  although she was going through pretty hard times.
  She was a woman who not only thought of herself
  but others as well. Her hardship paid off and
  made her a notable woman today. Although she was
  shot by her two security guards on October 31,
  1984 .people will still remember her for her
  great accomplishments and for the great leader
  she was.

What are our thoughts?

• Since Indira Gandhi was a political leader, she
  was very inspiring to the people. Yes, we can say
  Indira Gandhi is someone to be admired because
  she had a bright education and showed it off to
  the world by helping others with it. People
  thought she was a good leader. As a child
  Indira was enrolled in a strong politician
  life.
