- CONDITIONS- During hours of darkness, given an
M16A1/A2/A4, M4 Carbine, M4 Modular Weapon
System, M249 SAW, M60 machinegun, M240B machine
gun or M2 machine gun, Night vision device (NVD),
AN/PEQ-2A, Qualification range, qualification
scenario, 25Meter offset, 10m borelight offset
and the appropriate number of rounds for the
weapon being zeroed and qualified IAW the
corresponding FM. - STANDARDS- Answer at least 14 of 20 questions on
a written test qualify M16A1/A2/A4, M4 carbine
and MWS at least 17 out of 40 M249, M60 and
M240B at least 6 out of 11 on transition range
