Problems
  • The Projector is working but the image is not
equal to the quality of the Laptop.
  • 1. Screen is Tiled Horizontal or Vertical
breaks in the image from the image being randomly
    tiled
  • 2. Or the screen overlaps the projected area and
    the outside margin is missing

18
Solution 1
  • You have a desktop background that is
incompatible with the maximum resolution of the
    Projector.
  • Remove the background image, shutdown and
    re-start the computer.
  • On the desktop, right mouse click on a neutral
area, from the drop down menu select
    Properties,
  • Click on the Desktop Tab,
  • Chose the (None) option for the background
  • Click apply, then OK
  • Re-start the computer

Solution 2
  • Your screen resolution setting is greater than
the Projectors. This often happens because YOU
TURNED ON THE COMPUTER BEFORE THE PROJECTOR!
  • On the desktop, right mouse click on a neutral
area, from the drop down menu select
    Properties,
  • Click on the Settings Tab
  • Using the Screen Resolution slider select 800 x
600 pixels as your screen resolution.
  • Click apply Click OK
  • You should not have to re-start the system
