SEA Mission and Vision

• Mission Enhance and promote the capabilities of
  the historically black college and university
  (HBCU) academic partners, to simultaneously meet
  the needs of the public and private sectors and
  accelerate the production of African-American
  scientists and engineers.
• Vision By the year 2003, be widely recognized
  as a model partnership engaged in facilitating
  the emergence of a high-performance, diverse work
  force.
