  are made.
• Paramount Pictures is based there.
• A lot of movie stars live there so they dont
  have to fly across the country to make a movies.

• A big industry is making motion pictures.
• A motion picture is a fancy name for movie.
• Some other industries are aerospace, ranching,
  and building airplanes.

Ranching in the West

• A ranch is a farm where people raise
  cattle,sheep, or horses.
• It is also the place where people do one of the
  most famous jobs in the West.
• These people are cowhands who herd cattle.

A Western Festival

• A huge festival in the west is Cheyenne Frontier
  Days.
• One of the most exciting parts is the rodeo.
• In a rodeo, cowhands show off their skills and
  compete for prizes.
