    countries. It is a small country with lots of
    history. It is a very wealthy country and
    spending time with family is very important to
    them. This country created democracy a
    government by the people, power is formed and
    used by all people of the country.

  • Greece is located in southern Europe.
  • Its total land area is 131,940 square kilometers
    130,800 square kilometers is land and 1,140
    square kilometers is water.
  • Greeces highest point is Mount Olympus 2,918
    meters.
  • Its bordering countries are Bulgaria, Macedonia,
    Albania, and Turkey.
  • Three major cities in Greece are Athens, Volos,
    and Preveza.
  • Mt. Parnitha National Park is located in Athens,
    Greece.
  • Greece has only a few rivers Arakhthos,
    Akheloos, Aliakmon, Pinios, and Sperkhios. The
    rivers are short and drop steeply from mountains
