Safety scope

• Based on a safety program, many activities were
  done to find the existent risks in work and in
  each stage of its development, so that we could
  draw up and develop strategies to prevent them
  and do safety jobs.
• Our safety policy is based on safety labor laws
  existents in our country and client specific
  requirements and its performed by the company
  Project Management Team .

• Project Management Team commitment ZERO
  ACCIDENTS.
• This goal has been the focus of all site
  personnel.
• One of the tools used to ensure that there are no
  surprises with regards to coordinating, managing,
  and performing the work safely is the Job Safety
  Analysis, which is conducted by the corporate and
  site safety officer, as a team, and issued to the
  supervisor responsible for the work, the
  Superintendent, and the Resident Office for each
  new phase of work.
• The work force that will be performing the work
  is required to attend a Preparatory Meeting prior
  to starting any work to make sure they are
  knowledgeable of the safety requirements listed
  in the analysis.

• Actual laws include particular objectives to join
  obligations with work methodology to do. So that
  the regulations used by the Construction Industry
  are
• Decree Nº 911/96 of the Construction Industry
• This decree set the rights and obligations of
  employers and construction workers in safety and
  occupational health..
• It is set, too, different safety regulations to
  protect the safety of workers, not only about the
  conditions of the working place, but the
  conditions of equipment and resources to use by
  workers.

Training Program
The Training Program includes the prevention of
illness and works accidents according to the
general and specific risks of each job that
workers perform. Making and implementation of
the Training Program about Safety and Ocupational
health.
Basic and first chat about Safety and Hygiene at
work, for the whole staff.

Personal Protection Resources (PPR)
Handing over PPR according to the risks of the
job the workers are doing at the moment.
Basic PPR Work clothes, gloves, safety glasses,
safety helmet, shoes with steel toe.

Accommodation and Health Installations

• Accommodation and Health installations were
  checked by the Risk Insurance Company (ART),
  according to the decree Nº 911/96 Art. 22 to 41
  for the Construction Industry of Argentine.

thermo magnetic breaker protection, grounding
system, according to the risks. Grounding
measuring was done using an electronic grounding
meter.

• Emergency accidents procedures with hospital
  telephone number, and ambulance service were put
  in visible places.

Incentive policy
The incentive policy is important to prevent or
reduce accidents by using tools based on human
behavior to avoid any accident The Company has
got three tools to evaluate the staff
Examination to prevent accidents Evaluation of
induction Punishment regime. The examinations to
prevent accidents identify risks and dangerous
behaviors before the accident happens. The
examinations are done frequently covering all the
activities at workplace. In the list it can see
the use of personnel protection resources, use of
body positions (ergonomic risks) the cleaning of
work place, tools conditions, fire extinguishers,
etc.

• Prize and Certificate giving ceremony to workers
  which were distinguished in Safety and
  Ocupational Health in cooperation with USACE and
  Azzollini Construction directors.
