of all paperwork in case paperwork is lost.

Tryouts!!!!
  • A preseason meeting will be held prior to tryouts
for parents to get information about tryouts, the
    season and meet the coach.
  • Students may only play on one team per season.
(i.e. In the fall, a football player can not play
    on the golf team.)
  • Students may tryout for more than one sport in a
season if the tryouts are held on different days.
  • Tryouts are typically held in the first 3 to 5
    days of that season.
  • Tryouts must be held for a minimum of 3 days from
    400 to 600pm.
  • All paperwork must be turned and the student must
meet all eligibility requirements before they can
    participate in tryouts.
  • Students must receive a medical examination each
year (365 days) by a duly licensed physician,
    nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
Physicals will be offered at the beginning and
    end of the school year.

19
Tryouts!!!!
  • Results of tryouts will be posted no later than
an hour after the final day of tryouts, unless
the Athletic Director gives prior approval to
post the results later than one hour, but no
later than 24 hours after the final day of
tryouts. (Parents and students will be notified
on the first day of tryouts when the final roster
    will be posted.)
  • All coaches will be available 30 minutes after
the final roster is posted to answer any
    questions.
  • No one is guaranteed a spot on a team even if the
student-athlete was on the team the previous
    year.
  • Questions about tryouts should be directed to the
coaching staff first. If a parent feels that
their concerns are not being addressed by the
coaching staff then the athletic director should
    be notified.

    supplied by the student-athlete.

    schedules, gather emergency contact information
and pass out any other information parents and
student-athletes will need for the season.
  • Uniforms will be issued in the first two weeks of
    season. Student-athletes are responsible for
cleaning their own uniforms unless their coach
    instructs them differently.
  • All teams will play 14 games during a season (two
games a week). The exceptions to this are golf,
