2About Solera
Solera empowers its green partners to
confidently invest in cost-effective, clean, safe
and proven sustainable energy technologies to
help manage their energy costs, and at the same
time contribute to preserving our planets
environment.

3ENERGY GENERATION
Today
Tomorrow
The Solar Path Forward Distributed generation of
electricity by solar PV capture of solar energy
for water heating. Solera sustainable energy
systems help enable the transition to tomorrow.
Central Generation
Sustainable de-centralised energy supply
Capital intensive, long lead time, risky, large
power losses, often environmentally unfriendly
Incremental, less risky, sustainable, scalable,
fast deployment, negligible losses, can be very
environmentally friendly

192kW SOLAR PV SYSTEM
THE SOLERA SOLAR WORKSHOP
- Benefits
- Generates about 1/3 of typical annual home
electricity consumption - Prevents 4000lbs of coal from being burned. Saves
5000lbs of CO2 pollution same as planting 2/3
acre of trees, or removing 4 cards from the road - Maintenance-free, no cost to operate
- Can optionally provide home backup power
- 20-25 year power output warranty

RENEWABLE ENERGY STANDARD OFFER PROGRAM (RESOP)
THE NEW GREEN ENERGY ACT
- RESOP pays you to generate electricity from
solar PV over a contracted period20 years at
42 cents per kilowatt-hour - Under the Green Energy Act, Feed-in Tariffs
(FITs) are proposed that will provide for PV to
receive up to 80.2 cents per kilowatt-hour
generated - 2kW PV system will then produce about 2,000.00
in annual revenue. It may then be possible to
fully finance the system purchase and realise
positive cash flow from the start
