Why is 100 Equipment Needed?

• It takes more than 100 of a units
  requirement to mobilize it
• Replace broken equipment
• Train in Pre-Mob
• Equip Mob Stations

• - Battle Losses

• 17- 22 Delta to be covered by Non Deployers

• Supply does not keep up with demand so you must
  cross level internally
• Starting at 100 every 2 units deployed breaks 1
• Starting at 70 every unit deployed breaks 8

Field- Level RESET

• On-equipment repair to rapidly restore to
  normal operation
• Repair and return to user
• FY08 Executed 167M to reset 5 BDEs 638 units
  within the 360 day metric
• FY09 Funded 137.8M for 499 units

• Sustainment- Level RESET

• Rebuild or overhaul of major assemblies and
  subassemblies
• Repair return to supply system payback plan
  will be required for RC equipment per DODD 1225.6
