  • Pavilion Program architects identified
  • From approved pool of architecture consultants
  • From architects with a strong design reputation
    not in the pool. These firms were asked to team
    with a pool consultant
  • Park Department staff architects

Scope of Work for the Pavilion Program

  • Schematic design through construction
    administration phases
  • 2-3 neighborhood input meetings as required
  • Wood presentation model at 1/4 scale and 24x36
    presentation board
  • TAS review and inspections, by TDLR or
