- High Performance Characteristics
- It is anticipated that there will be a 30
reduction in energy usage due to the use of high
performance glazing, day lighting controls and
additional insulation. Additionally, it is
expected that there will be an 80 reduction in
water usage because of the use of waterless
urinals, low flow lavatories, low flow toilets
and a rainwater harvesting system that, when
combined, should save more that 50,000 gallons of
water in a year.
