• End of Year Horror
• The following floor was done between 6-8 December
  2006
• The floor is beetle ridden and in a bad state
  this is what we did

WOODSTOCK

• We took on a job on Wednesday 6th December which
  for some reason I happened to had to manage but
  never actually went to see initially, to quote
  on !
• By now you must know we are exhausted the
  pressure in sleepy holy is on all of a sudden
  the suns out and the Capetonions comes to live !
• Demand - Demand - Demand beware the Transvalers
  are coming and the foreigners are in Cape Town
  everybody is cleaning up and this was our worst
  horror for 2006 !

Serious damage wood cracked off all needed
filling

Buckled and warped and very uneven.

Fixed best possibly tongue and groove floors
(which has been chipped and worn away) Blue

BEFORE.. LOUNGE Complete house is in Oregon
Pine floors with an inlay of plain pine repairs
(see section between brackets) done previously
when client did renovations - Oregon Pine is
available for repairs if you need just ask next
time and we will do it properly !!??

Sealed 3rd time floor so porous it would need
4, where the norm is 3 !

4th sealer (which normally should only get 3
coats but floors extremely porous)

This floor is a horror uneven cracked and
warped should actually have been replaced !

Fixed and filled to the best our ability !
