Vitamin A
  • Water - soluble. Important for eyesight, can be
    found in the retina, growth of the skin and
    mucous membrane.
  • Liver, eggs, milk. As provitamin (carotene) in
    carrots, spinach, apricots, pepper, tomatoes and
    in the pumpkin.
  • Nyctalopia, impairment of the cornea.
    (xerophthalmia), slowed growth.

  • Water - soluble. Takes part in the exchange of
    carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
  • Grain foods, beer and bread yeast, nuts, liver,
    meat, eggs, milk.

    taking and like others B vitamins can be obtained
    from food or supplements. Required for absorption
    of vitamin ?12, and for forming of magnesium and
    hydrochloric acid. Milk products contain little
    amounts of vitamin B6.
  • Stimulates the right assimilation of proteins and
    fats. Also, helps to reduce the problems of
    dryness in the mouth and when urinating, which
    are caused by tricyclic antidepressants. Reduces
    the frequency of night muscles spasm, prevents
    the perception of food, hands tingling, some
    forms of neuritis in the limbs. Has natural
    diuretic action.
