  phase, but with different goals

  first one

• Applicable standard or guide ?
• CNES point of view
• general guide describing the 4 phases in a way as
  exhaustive as possible
• with a neutral vocabulary, independent from the
  vocabulary used in such or such domain
• This guide should the the base to easier the
  definition of a standard applicable to each
  specific domain (libraries, government archives,
  scientific archives)
• but for each domain, we always have to add
  specific aspects that are not handled in the
  guide
• in each domain vocabulary can be used
