Figure 1S Growth phenotypes of IM69 (?atmA),
MV3 (?npkA), IM69-3 (?atmA ?npkA), MRE
(mreApyr4), IM69-RE (?atmA mreApyr4), APk35
(ankA), IM69-35 (?atmA ankA), A776 (bimE7), and
IM69-228 (?atmA bimE7). Conidia from these
strains were inoculated and percentage of radial
growth inhibition was evaluated after growth for
72 hours at 30oC. The results are the average of
four repetitions.
