• Water circulates from clouds to soil to stream to
  rivers to the oceans and then returns to the
  clouds. When the system backs-up there is a flood.

• This kind of weather happens all around the
  world. In some places its real bad, it causes
  floods that can destroy homes.

What Are The Consequences

• The consequences of this event is floods, floods
  are caused by rain, rain is very dangerous
  because it causes floods, floods kill people,
  animals, cities, and homes.

Things to prevent damage or death

• One thing we can do is warn them or send your
  news through the newspaper but for free so that
  the poor can know about it to find shelter.
