2005 and 2006 - Intended to supplement benefits provided to
service personnel and their dependents by the
federal government - Kansas provides important benefits to service
personnel serving and residing in the following
areas - In-state tuition is available and can be
maintained by dependents if the sponsor is
transferred - Favorable unemployment compensation treatment for
spouses forced to relocate and sever employment - Favorable car registration sales
