BMWG Work

• BMWG WG is attempting to move their 3 doc suite
  on link-state IGP convergence forward
• Chairs of ISIS/OSPF met authors at BMWG WG and
  went over discusses from IESG
• Agreement that a small group of link-state IGP
  experts and the BMWG folks will meet to rapidly
  revamp their docs to current SOA of IGP
  convergence testing
