• The ISIS project achieved a major milestone with
  the Admissions Go-Live, August 4.
• We are continuing to work on conversion of data,
  ISIS setup and defining security.
• We are continuing to create the foundations for
  ISIS use by actively scheduling training and
  communication. gt

Admissions (Undergrad and Grad)

• The Admissions offices have deployed ! ! !
• These offices are currently entering prospect and
  application data into the production database.
• School of Law/ Agricultural Law
• Graduate School of Business
• Graduate School (including International
  Admissions)
• Continuing Education
• Undergraduate Admissions gt

• Security has been set up for the admissions
  offices and other roles on campus.
• External organization data has been moved into
  the production database.
• Work continues on determining what test scripts
  are needed and has begun writing them.
• Work continues on Admissions reporting needs by
  building queries and Crystal reports. gt

• There is a continuing refinement of the design of
  the 3Cs (communications, comments and
  checklists).
• AgLaw 3Cs are being used in production and are
  being refined.
• School of Laws 3Cs are being used in production
  and are being refined
• Graduate School 3Cs are being used in production

• Graduate Recruiting 3Cs are being used in
  production and are being refined. gt

• Admissions has started working on the automatic

  recruiters by region and category.
• Work continues on refining the external data
  loads process.

Student Records

• Student Records continues working on the
  conversion of data.
• PTRs that have been completed in LSTST have been
  moved to LSPRD.
• Some unfinished PTRs are still being tested.
• Work continues with Computing Services to define
  and prioritize implementation issues that were
  not discovered during Fit/Gap.
• Go-Live is Monday, September 8 gt

Student Financials (Accounts)

• Student Financials is finalizing the Third Party
  and Student Collection process setup in LSTST.
• Testing continues on the General Ledger
  modification in LSTST.
• Student Financials is assisting Admissions in the
  testing of application fee conversion data.
• The cashier receipt customization has been
  completed. gt

• Work continues on updating the setup tables
  associated with calculating student tuition and
  fees. gt

Financial Aid

• CIBER Functional support off site to allow work
  in FA office during disbursements
• CIBER Technical support is working on PTRs and
  assisting Juana and Brian in the writing of PTRs
