After logging into the system your HOME Page
(Desktop) is displayed.
Choose which projects you want to show Active,
Proposed, Completed, or All.
Can change order Sort by Role, Name of Event /
Project, Status, etc.
Printable Summary

Important Links contains all training materials,
general information, etc. (NOTE Only a System
Administrator can update Important Links)
Shows what is in your Inbox.
You can show projects only or everything
including issues.
Location will show where you are in the worktree.

There are three menu areas Home (desktop), In
Box, and Browse.
- Options for Browse are displayed when clicked.
Move your mouse to the option of choice and click.
Search capability by person or project / idea.
Click on Last Visited to quickly navigate to
items that you have recently visited

- Click on (1) Find a person or Find a Project or
Idea or (2) Click on Search.

- If you click on (1) Find a person or Find a
Project or Idea, the Advanced Search will appear
after you hit ltGogt
- If you click on (2) Search, then Advanced
Searchgtgt and the hyperlink will appear in the
lower right corner.

- Click on this icon and the list of projects /
events associated with that person will be
provided.
- Click on More. for additional contact
information on the person.

- Once all mandatory deliverables are marked
complete in the phase, a ltRequest Approvalgt will
appear at the top right of the project summary.
A comment box will appear. Click ltRequest
Approvalgt again.

Can assign action items to other team members and
track issues.

Alerts / Questions show up in Outlook AND CPIMS.
